Refund policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. To start a return, email with your order number and we'll send you a free return label and instructions.
For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 3–5 working days and email you to confirm.
Exchanges: the quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Damaged or wrong items: email as soon as your order arrives and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable: sale items and gift cards.
EU customers: you have a 14-day cooling-off period; items must be unused and in original packaging.
Cancellations: if your order hasn't dispatched yet, email us and we'll cancel and refund it (3–5 working days). Orders dispatch quickly (same day before 1pm), so contact us as soon as possible.
