Shipping policy

Due to Black Friday week and launch of our Shampoo & Conditioner delivery may take up to 7 days to arrive. We will do our best to get the products to you as soon as we can. 

Our cut off for orders to be shipped is 1pm every day.  Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, any time on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

On Bank Holidays our warehouse will not be open so orders would be dispatched on the following day.
